My first e-bike from Mokwheel..

This is my first purchase at Mokwheel, I bought the Basalt model electric bike. I think it's very cool because it comes with solar charging and a foldable solar panel, which is suitable for traveling. When I bought it, fortunately there was a discount, so I didn't pay the full price. There are quite a lot of color options. I also don't have to worry about shopping at Mokwheel, because they also provide accessories and autoparts for the electric bike I bought. So far I am satisfied shopping at Mokwheel!

Unresponsive customer service

I finally bought the Obsidian e-bike a few months ago because I had test ridden it once at the nearest Mokwheel dealer. Turns out I got free accessories in the form of Full Fender, very interesting! Unfortunately, I had a problem when my package arrived later than expected.I have contacted Mokwheel's customer service but there is no response, so I can only resign myself and pray that my electric bike arrives safe and sound.. Thankfully, my e-bike came in good condition. Recommended for those of you who like outdoor activities.

Ebike that can carry a lot of stuff

Mokwheel's Scoria is my first ebike! I got the white one. What I like most about this electric bike is that it can carry a lot of stuff, and it can be used for 2 people. At that time, I also got free accessories from Mokwheel. Oh, I also used the military discount by verifying my father's identity, it was quite easy & it made the price of the electric bike much cheaper.
